Authority to bind company

CHIA HOLDINGS LTD will be bound by any statement or dealing made by an employee or agent who a reasonable person would regard as customarily having CHIA HOLDINGS LTD's authority to make such a statement or dealing, except that any statement or dealing which involves or may involve a sum in excess of AUD $5,000 must be counter signed by the CEO or a Director of the Company for that Company to be bound.
